Are your products authentic?
Yes. Every product we sell is genuine and sourced through the brands we work with. We never sell grey-market or repackaged stock.
Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
Many of our formulas, including Clabiane Foam Cleanser, are fragrance-free and pH-balanced. Check each product's ingredient list and patch test anything new on a small area of skin for 24 hours before full use.

At-home devices
Are at-home devices safe?
Our devices are designed for home use when you follow the instructions supplied. Do not use them if you are pregnant, have a pacemaker or metal implants in the treatment area, or have an active skin condition, unless your GP or practitioner has advised that it is safe.
When will I see results?
Devices work with consistent use over several weeks. Each product page explains the recommended routine and typical timeframes.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. All our at-home devices come with a 1-year warranty. To make a warranty claim or ask anything about your device, please use our contact form.

Can I return a product?
Yes, within the period set out on our Delivery & Returns page. For hygiene reasons, opened skincare cannot be returned unless faulty.
